This project is a residential complex of 52 buildings each has a ground floor and four floors above.

The main condition that must be considered in this project is to achieve the highest levels of safety with achieving the highest possible economy as well. So, working on that makes us meet some challenges. These challenges are: The soil where the project has to be located on is POOR, does not take on the number of proposed floors. The resort to construct deep foundations had been rejected due to the high cost. So, to defeat that, a structural system was discussed that creates less weight for the building with achieving the highest possible economy. Exquisitely, the design was reviewed by two consulting offices and approved without any feedback.
